Platform & Reliability

Design and operation of the platform layer for a chat application serving Android, iOS, and web clients. Scope spans cluster architecture on EKS, ingress and long-lived WebSocket connection handling through Nginx Ingress Controller, release strategy for a multi-client surface where mobile app versions cannot be forced forward, and the Prometheus/Grafana observability stack that backs on-call.
